I haven't been working out how i was since; my body had been hurting from playing soccer. It still helped a lot tho. This week i did my regular cardio for like 4 days only out of the 7 days.
I fee like when i hit around 170-180 pounds i am going to work on my strength more than i already was with my weights. m eating good cut of chips, cookies anything that is very fat. I use to eat many bag of chips in a day or anything bad more than regular food so i fixed that ended up helping a lot. DRINK YOUR WATER! I have seen many things change in me since the beginning of this project and i am very happy about it.

This week was my spring break i was out having fun With my family. I just worked out 3 days. i was out doing physical activities tho.
I went to play soccer with my cousins so i did my cardio that way. I still ate how i did regular breakfast and a regular afternoon lunch/dinner. Hey everyone i am half way through Genius Hour all i wanted to say i have been progressing. I am Still doing cardio and eating not healthy but also by what i mean not healthy is i am eating like a regular person does in a Hispanic household; homemade food. I am eating 2 times a day at school and at home which that gets me full.
I went through my old cloths that didn't fit me. I went down to a medium on shirts at the beginning of the project i was at large and extra large shirts. Also, In jean pants i use to be a 36-38 in waist and now i went down to a 32-34. I am standing on 186 pounds from last time i seen about 2 days ago. I might of probably gain or dropped a little more. |
